The vintage of 2011 is coming to a close, with the last of the grapes being picked by close of next week.

Several of the wines have now fermented to dryness, and here we see a picture of Eric, our flying winemaker from Germany, forking out the pressings from the Garwood Hilltop Shiraz.


This wine, with its rich berry fruit characters, will be a part of our Rolf Binder Barossa Valley Shiraz.
