Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with a wine for any reason, please email info@rolfbinder.com, or call 08 8562 3300 to discuss the situation.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.  Should you find a wine is faulty upon opening, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Further testing of the wine in our lab may be required.  Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your wine is unopened, in like new condition, and has been stored safely, you may be able to exchange your wine for another.  We do not accept responsibility for the cost of return shipping in this situation.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
If hot weather is prevalent, the wine will be kept here in our cool cellar until the conditions are conducive to shipping wine.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Australia Post Wine Delivery Service
  • Fastway Couriers
  • DHL International Freight

Order Tracking

If a delivery is not received, we will work together with the carrier to assist with tracking the item. It is important to include any special delivery instructions at the time of placing an order to ensure goods are delivered as needed.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The shipping fee for each order is shown before the final checkout step and order processing.

Shipping Times

The shipping times are dependent upon the destination and the courier.
Some rough estimates are:

  • Adelaide – 1-3 business days
  • Melbourne and Sydney – 2-5 business days
  • Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and Hobart – 3-6 business days

Other areas throughout Australia may take longer than the local capital city.
