A new winery, based on simple and traditional winemaking methods, was built in 1997. With this has come a small increase in production. There is no intention to build a huge label so the boutique nature of Veritas and Rolf Binder wines will remain. 'Hands on' and attention to detail are always paramount in winemaking at Veritas and this is the way it is going to stay.
