Veritas Cabernet Mataro

Cabernet and Mataro are not seen together as a blend very often nowadays, yet it was a style one might have seen through the Barossa pre-1980s, before Merlot became the more popular blender. This is the first time I have made it. The great characters of the 2009 Cabernet blended with perfectly ripened Mataro makes this a sensational wine.
