Aroma
A heady perfume of fresh white peaches, orange marmalade, and hints of citrus blossom.
Palate
A smooth rich palate with creamy mouthfeel, a sweet stonefruit lift, and slight bitter marmalade finish.
Food Matches
Mediterranean cuisine, particularly shellfish, seafood and poultry dishes.
Rich rabbit and other gamey white meats, and spicy foods balance well with this rich drop.

Vinification process
The grapes are hand picked, then immediately crushed and pressed.
The juice is place in a mixture of new and two-year old French oak barrels, where it is fermented and left on lees for up to six months.
Malolactic fermentation occurs during this time, adding a rich creamy palate to this full-flavoured wine.
Bottled early November.
