A New Family

Long time friends of Rolf Binder Wines are Travis and Kim from Sydney. Today, they introduced us to four month old baby Xavier.


Travis and Kim were especially impressed with our baby, the 2011 Eden Valley Riesling, harvested at the end of April, and only bottled a couple of weeks ago.

Fresh and lively, with hints of musk stick and freshly squeezed lime juice, this wine, given the opportunity, should develop beautifully in the bottle over time.
